It may sound odd, but the quality of your life is related to the state of the Earth. We are all connected to each other and the planet and through our collective actions. As we destroy and pollute the earth, we are harming ourselves by creating an environment that is toxic for human life. It is all our responsibility to to do our part to protect the environment in which we live. We can do this by reducing our carbon footprint through recycling, reducing use of pollutants, and conserving energy (water, gas, electricity).
